The Interact Club of Needles High School assisted Tri-State Medical Clinic in assembling and handing out 100 turkey dinners on Tuesday, Nov. 21st at Tri-State Clinic in downtown Needles.

Vista Colorado is celebrating Native American Heritage Month. Yesterday they had a performance and a history presentation to learn more about the culture. Students had fun when they were invited to participate in the performance.

NMS held its Tukey Trot last week. The students did a fantastic job. NMS and NUSD thank the Needles Elks Lodge for donating the turkeys and pies for all that won. With more participants than last year, the event seems to be great fun for NMS students.

Our NMS and NHS AVID students enjoyed a tour of Long Beach State last week. They were also invited to watch a rehearsal for an abstract dance at their dance center. They ended their trip with a fun trip to Knott’s Berry Farm.

An Anonymous Donor donated 200 jackets to St. Vincent's de Paul Thrift Store; with the condition they are given out for free.
Jacket sizes are from Small Children to XXX-Large adults. One Jacket per person, children must come to the store to receive a child's jacket.
