NUSD Nutrition Programs
We believe that good nutrition is the key to good learning. Research has shown that children who regularly eat a balanced breakfast and lunch have better standardized test scores, better behavior, and were less hyperactive than children who skipped meals.
If you'd like to know more about how you can provide a well-rounded diet for your child, visit: Nutrition Nuggets, which provides busy parents with practical ways to promote healthy nutrition and physical activity for their children.
