About NUSD

The Needles Unified School District is the largest geographical area in the continental United States with 5999 square miles. Needles is part of San Bernardino County which borders the states of Arizona and Nevada along the Colorado River. In distance, this makes us the farthest school district from the county offices. Needles Unified School District is made up of four different site locations throughout the town of Needles as well as the outermost boundaries of the district.
