Welcome Back Breakfast Celebrates the Needles Unified School District

Needles USD Staff gathered on Friday, August 22nd to celebrate the new school year and to recognize the service of district employees.  Teacher Linda Andrews was recognized for her 40 years of serviced to the Needles USD!

Board President Christina Cameron-Otero welcomed staff back to a school year that will have many new staff members and programs for students. Association Presidents Tracy Hanline (NTA) and Chris Tacy (CSEA Interim) shared their vision for working to build stronger employee groups and a collaborative school district.

This event opened the new multipurpose room that will serve all district students, staff and parents as cafeteria and meeting location. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held later this fall.
